On the official website of the Festival it is already possible to find (in English, Italian and Sardinian) Regulation and the entry form for the registration of the shorts in the competition: deadline for submission of the entry-form filled in every part and signed on 4 October 2015. The Festival is dedicated exclusively to short films of no longer than 25 minutes (including titles of head and tail), made after 1 January 2013, without constraint gender, size and technique, both unpublished distributed in cinemas or in the home video market in Italy or abroad.

Best Short Film Award dedicated to sardinian l.g.b.t.q. state: € 300,00
In addition, this year the Movimentu de Liberatzioni Natzionali Sardu assign additional € 200.00 per short winner as "Best Short Film Original tied to reality LGBTQ Sardinia" , where it contributes to the dissemination and use of the Sardinian language.
In 2003, the Cultural Association ARC organized in Cagliari, the first edition of "A Look Normal", a film festival LGBTQ themes since then, ARC, with Cirle ARCinema FICC and Student Association UniversitARC, and with the asisitants of many associations, clubs, movements, institutions and the support of a number of other festivals with which the USN had the privilege to work with (Some Prefer Cake - Bologna, Bok-o-Bok - San Petersburg, Sicily Queer Film Festival, to name a few), the ARC has never stopped believing in the extraordinary power of the cinema in creating artistic and cultural awareness, educationi in respect and sharing, and, most importantly, as a universal means of social participation. For this, after thirteen years of screenings, meetings, exhibitions, presentations and discussions, the USN is not yet ready to offer the public a dense week of cinema and culture homosexual, transsexual and queer.
