Out Of Paradise
Hey Guys, this week I bring you the foods my country has made a tradition to make and eat in and around the season of Carnival.
There are many different cultures that make up the landscape that is Trinidad and Tobago. Therefore our local diet consist of the influences of our Chinese, Indian, African, Syrian, Spanish and English heritage. This is especially evident in the menus for the Carnival season.
Below are the recipes, in either video or written form. So enjoy trying your hand at make some of them. Till next week. :)
