The U.S. women's national team have announced they will play matches in Europe against England and France in February as part of the team's preparation for the 2015 World Cup.
The United States will play France on Feb. 8 at the Stade du Moustoir in the city of Lorient, before playing England on Feb. 13. The venue for the second match has not been set.
The announcement comes on the heels of the team departure on Friday for the International Tournament of Brasilia, a four-team competition being held from Dec. 10-21 at the National Stadium Mane Garrincha. U.S. Women's National Team head coach Jill Ellis named 24 players to travel to Brazil.

All 20 players named to the 2014 CONCACAF Women's Championship in October that helped the USA win Gold and booked their ticket to the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup were added to the team that will travel to Brazil.
The USA will play host Brazil, China PR and Argentina in a round robin affair. The final match day on Dec. 21 will feature the top two teams squaring off for the tournament championship while the two countries that finished third and fourth will battle for third place. The USA, Brazil and China PR will be participating in the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup next summer in Canada.
Dec. 10 against China PR (4:20 p.m. ET), face Brazil on Dec. 14 (3:45 p.m.) and finish group play on Dec. 17 against Argentina (4:20 p.m).
